The management of each project is structured using what we call the “Team Approach”. Strong working relationships are established at the start of each project between Massimino Building Corp. and the Owner, Architect, Consultants and Engineers – the “Team”. This enables open lines of communication between key stakeholders and ensures the project’s development is fully supported from day one.
The subcontractor is another important extension of the “Team.” As part of each project, we work with the subcontractor group to put together a detailed timeline of events and encourage them to participate in the development of the Primavera project schedule. This allows subcontractors to take ownership of the schedule, and as a result they strive to comply with critical milestones.
