Massimino Building Corp specializes in providing construction management and general construction services for academic institutions, corporate offices, financial firms, medical facilities and pharmaceutical companies. Our project experience covers both new construction and renovations, including historical properties. OUR HISTORY
Established in 2001 by Roland C. Massimino and Andrew Massimino, Massimino Building Corp, from the beginning, has specialized in renovation projects, new buildings, additions, and fast track summer projects. Princeton University and The Lawrenceville School are two of our most esteemed clients. With our principals having worked with these institutions since 1988 and 1994 respectively, these are just two examples of how we strive to develop positive, long-standing relationships with our clients.
In late 2001, Robert Linson and Steve Pinti joined the firm, adding depth and breadth of skill to the team. Mr. Linson is now a partner, and Mr. Pinti provides quality supervisory skills and schedule management. While our client roster has grown over the years, Massimino Building Corp has carefully managed our growth. Since our inception, we have gradually increased our yearly volume from $8M in 2001 to nearly $50M in 2016. Our size is what allows us to be incredibly responsive and attentive to each client’s needs. We listen. We care. And our clients know that when they work with us, they will not be handed off from leadership to a secondary team.
