HISTORIC RESTORATIONS

When embarking on an historic restoration, maintaining the original fabric and integrity of the structure are keys to the success of the project. We at Massimino Building Corp pride ourselves on delivering a product completed with the utmost level of quality on all of our work . We draw from a group of subcontractors and vendors with extensive experience in providing the millwork, plaster and painting finishes required in a true restoration. Some of our more notable historic restorations include The Lawrenceville School’s late 19th century buildings—The Circle Houses and Edith Memorial Chapel—which are the cornerstone of Frederick Law Olmstead’s campus in Lawrenceville, NJ, as well as the Pool House renovation at the prestigious Morven Museum and Gardens, which served as home to five New Jersey state governors.  The restoration of Georgian Court University’s-Court Tennis facility, which is the second oldest court tennis facility in the United States, is also included in our archive of historic projects.
