Massimino Building Corp has years of experience with new construction and additions projects. Our expertise in this area stems from our team members having worked on numerous projects in different areas of construction. We work very closely with our clients, from initial design to final commissioning. Our leadership team is an integral part of the process, working together to make sure every detail is properly completed.

With the dedicated involvement of all team members we develop the project construction schedule. The schedule includes all major subcontractor submittals, design team approvals and product procurement. In addition, all construction activities must be networked together in order to distinguish between critical and non-critical items, construction milestones and start/completion dates.

Among the important preconstruction activities related to new building construction are providing assistance in the municipal review process, detailed site planning and logistics, and conducting a thorough review of existing infrastructure elements and geotechnical conditions in order to determine which may be affected by the work.
